Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and unwashed
• Items must be in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Because our products are used in personal spaces, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, or washing.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Cushion and pillow inserts are only returnable unopened
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Final sale items

Cushion and pillow inserts are considered personal-use products.
