Returns & Shipping Policy

At Tierra, we believe shopping for your home should feel simple, transparent, and supportive. Our policies are designed to give you confidence while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.

Shipping

We offer nationwide shipping within the United States, with a commitment to keeping shipping fair and predictable.
Shipping will never exceed $25 per order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and capped to ensure accessibility, regardless of order size or location within the U.S.
Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 21 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
  • Items must be unused and unwashed
  • Items must be in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Because our products are designed for personal spaces, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, or washing.

Pillow & Cushion Inserts

Pillow and cushion inserts are eligible for return within 21 days of delivery only if they are unopened, unused, and remain sealed in their original vacuum-packed plastic bag.
Once the vacuum packaging has been opened or the insert has been allowed to expand, the insert is no longer eligible for return.
Because of their size and shipping requirements, customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost for inserts.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Opened or used pillow and cushion inserts
  • Final sale items
Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

For eligible returns, Tierra will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
A $15 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
For pillow and cushion inserts, the actual cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund instead of the $15 flat fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at returns@tierraspaces.com.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Tierra will cover the return shipping cost. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less any applicable return shipping fee.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item if eligible under our return policy.
