Returns & Shipping Policy

Shipping

We offer nationwide shipping within the United States, with a commitment to keep shipping fair and predictable.

Shipping will never exceed $25 per order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and capped to ensure accessibility, regardless of order size or location within the U.S.

Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and unwashed
• Items must be in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Because our products are used in personal spaces, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, or washing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Pillow inserts
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Final sale items

These items are considered personal-use products.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Tierra is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• order number
• description of the issue
• photos of the product and packaging

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the return is approved.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item if eligible.
